Loud Volume Booster Pro & EQ

Android Package: com.boostforge.audio

iOS Bundle ID: com.boostforge.audio.ios

Effective Date: October 8, 2026

1. Introduction

Kenny Clark (“I,” “me,” or “my”) operates the Loud Volume Booster Pro & EQ mobile applications: the Android app (package: com.boostforge.audio) and the iOS app for iPhone (bundle ID: com.boostforge.audio.ios), together referred to as “the App.” Where practices differ, this policy says “Android App” or “iOS App.” This Privacy Policy explains how information is handled when you use the App.

By downloading or using the App, you agree to the practices described in this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

2. Information We Collect

The App does not collect, store, or transmit any personal data to any server operated by the developer. The App is an audio enhancement tool that processes all audio entirely on your device.

  • No user accounts or registration are required
  • No personal information (name, email, phone number, etc.) is collected by the developer
  • No audio recordings are made, stored, or transmitted
  • No usage analytics are collected by the developer
  • All audio processing and equalization happens locally on your device

Android App: the Android App is ad-free and contains no advertising SDKs.

iOS App: the iOS App shows ads through third-party advertising SDKs (Unity LevelPlay, Unity Ads, and Meta Audience Network). These SDKs collect certain device and usage information directly, as described in Section 9. The developer does not receive this information in a form that identifies you.

Third-party services integrated into the App (see sections below) may collect certain information as described in their respective privacy policies.

3. Ads & Pricing by Platform

Android App

The Android App is ad-free. It does not display advertisements and does not include any advertising SDKs.

  • Standard Boost is free.
  • MAX Boost is a one-time $1.99 purchase.
  • There is no subscription.

iOS App

The iOS App enhances music that you import and play inside the App.

  • Standard features are free.
  • Optional rewarded ads: when ads are available, you may choose to watch a rewarded ad to unlock MAX for 3 hours. Watching ads is never required.
  • Pro is a one-time $1.99 lifetime upgrade. There is no subscription.

4. In-App Purchases

Android App: MAX Boost is a one-time $1.99 purchase processed entirely through Google Play Billing. Purchase history and payment details are managed by your Google account. For information about how Google handles your payment data, see the Google Payments Privacy Notice.

iOS App: the $1.99 lifetime Pro upgrade is processed entirely by Apple through the App Store using StoreKit. Purchase history and payment details are managed by your Apple Account, and purchases can be restored through the App. See Apple’s Privacy Policy.

  • The developer does not collect or process any payment information
  • All billing, payment processing, and receipt validation are handled by Google Play (Android) or Apple (iOS)
  • No credit card numbers, billing addresses, or financial data are sent to the developer

5. Audio Processing & Permissions

Android App: the Android App may request access to your device’s microphone or audio system. This permission is used solely for the App’s core audio-processing functionality — specifically, to capture and boost the device audio stream in real time through the volume booster and equalizer.

iOS App: the iOS App processes audio files that you choose to import and play inside the App. Imported music stays on your device and is not uploaded to the developer or to advertising partners.

  • Audio is processed locally on your device only
  • No audio is recorded, saved, or stored by the developer
  • No audio data is transmitted to any server
  • Audio access is never used for surveillance, voice recognition, or any purpose other than audio enhancement

6. Now-Playing Metadata

The Android App may read now-playing metadata (such as the current song title, artist name, or album) from active media sessions on your device. The iOS App may display the title and artist of music you import. This information is used solely to display what is currently playing within the App’s interface.

  • Now-playing metadata is read locally and never leaves your device
  • No listening history or media library data is collected or stored by the developer
  • This data is not transmitted to any server or third party

7. Accounts & Server Data

The App does not require you to create an account, register, or sign in. There is no user account system of any kind.

The developer does not operate any servers that receive, store, or process data from the App. All App functionality runs entirely on your device. Network activity originates only from third-party services — Google Play Billing on Android; Apple’s App Store and the advertising SDKs described in Section 9 on iOS — which communicate with their own servers under their own privacy policies.

If you use the support forms on this website (Report a Bug or Suggest an Improvement), your submission may be stored, including your message, the platform you select (Android or iPhone), any device and app information you provide (such as device model, Android or iOS version, and app version), and your email address if you choose to provide one. This information is used only to provide support, respond to you, and improve the App.

8. Third-Party Services

The App integrates the following third-party services, each of which may collect information as described in their own privacy policies:

Android App

iOS App

The developer is not responsible for the privacy practices of these third-party services. You are encouraged to review their respective privacy policies.

9. iOS Advertising, Tracking & Consent

This section applies only to the iOS App. The Android App contains no advertising SDKs.

The iOS App uses Unity LevelPlay (ad mediation), Unity Ads, and Meta Audience Network for advertising. It does not use Google AdMob or Firebase.

Your ad choice before ads are initialized

Before any advertising SDK is initialized, the iOS App asks you to choose one of two options:

  • Continue with limited ads — the App initializes its advertising SDKs so that ads, including optional rewarded ads, can be requested and shown.
  • Continue without ads — the App does not initialize its advertising SDKs, so no ad requests are made to Unity or Meta. Free standard audio playback and the optional $1.99 lifetime Pro purchase remain available.

What happens if you choose limited ads

If you choose limited ads, the App and its advertising SDKs make network requests to the advertising partners, and those partners process technical data needed to deliver, measure, and secure ads. According to the providers’ published disclosures, this may include:

  • Technical device information — such as device model, operating system version, language, and IP address, which the providers may use to infer approximate (coarse) location
  • The Identifier for Vendors (IDFV) and similar app-scoped technical identifiers, used for purposes such as frequency capping and fraud prevention
  • Product interaction and advertising data — for example, ad requests, impressions, clicks, and rewarded-ad completion
  • Performance and diagnostic data — for example, ad-loading errors, launch time, and hangs

The partners use this information to serve and measure ads, cap ad frequency, prevent fraud, and attribute ad performance, and they may use Apple’s SKAdNetwork / AdAttributionKit for ad measurement. Unity LevelPlay states that it does not collect contact information, health or financial data, precise location, contacts, user content, browsing or search history, or purchase history. Data processed by these partners is governed by their own privacy policies (see Section 8).

App Tracking Transparency (ATT)

The iOS App does not currently display Apple’s App Tracking Transparency prompt and does not request permission to track you across other companies’ apps and websites. Because that permission is not granted, the Identifier for Advertisers (IDFA) is not available to the App or its advertising SDKs. You can review tracking settings at any time in Settings > Privacy & Security > Tracking, and limit personalized ads from Apple in Settings > Privacy & Security > Apple Advertising.

Rewarded ads and purchases

  • Rewarded MAX unlock: the optional 3-hour MAX unlock through a rewarded ad is available only if you chose limited ads and an eligible rewarded ad is available. Watching ads is never required.
  • Purchases: the optional $1.99 lifetime Pro purchase is processed by Apple through StoreKit. The developer does not receive your payment details.
  • Questions or requests: contact the developer using the details in Section 15, or contact Unity or Meta directly about data they process.

10. Data Retention & Deletion

Since the developer does not collect or store any personal data from the App, there is no user data retained on any developer-operated server.

  • App preferences (such as equalizer settings or volume levels) and imported music on iOS are stored locally on your device and can be cleared by clearing the App’s data or uninstalling the App.
  • Support form submissions (your message, platform, any device/app information you provide, and optional email) are kept only as long as needed for support and improvement purposes. You can request deletion by contacting the developer.
  • Purchase records are managed by Google Play and your Google account (Android) or by Apple and your Apple Account (iOS).
  • Advertising data (iOS) is retained by Unity and Meta according to their own privacy policies; you can submit data requests directly to them.

To delete all locally stored App data on Android, go to your device settings, find the App, and select “Clear Data” or uninstall the App. On iPhone, delete the App to remove its local data.

11. Security

Because the developer does not collect or store any personal data from the App on any server, there is no user data at risk of a developer-side server breach. All audio processing and App settings are handled locally on your device and are protected by your device’s own security measures (screen lock, encryption, etc.).

The App does not contain any code designed to harvest, exfiltrate, or covertly transmit user data.

12. Children’s Privacy

The App is not directed at children under the age of 13 and does not knowingly collect any personal information from children. The developer does not directly collect personal information through the App. On iOS, if limited ads are enabled, advertising partners may process technical and advertising data as disclosed in Section 9.

If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has somehow provided personal information through the App, please contact me so I can take appropriate action.

13. Your Choices

You have the following choices regarding your data and the App:

  • Revoke permissions — You can revoke the Android App’s microphone/audio permission at any time through your Android device settings. Note that this may affect the App’s core functionality.
  • Ad privacy choice (iOS) — Before advertising SDKs initialize, you can select 'Continue with limited ads' or 'Continue without ads'. Choosing without ads prevents advertising SDK initialization. Standard audio features and the optional lifetime Pro purchase remain available.
  • Ads (iOS) — Rewarded ads are always optional; the one-time Pro upgrade means you never need them.
  • Clear local data — Clear the App’s data or uninstall the App to remove all locally stored preferences.
  • Uninstall — You can uninstall the App at any time to stop all data processing.

14. Changes to This Policy

I may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated policy.

I encourage you to review this page periodically for the latest information on privacy practices.
